The Sorbet Society is our very own rewards and benefits program. It's so easy to be a part of the Sorbet Society – all you have to do is fill out an enrolment form in store and receive your card on the spot or enroll online and your card will be delivered to your selected Sorbet Store.

Your new card makes us bff's (best friends forever) and we'll be chatting to you about our upcoming promotions, birthday vouchers and loyalty rewards when you reach your threshold

How do I earn these valuable points?

All you have to do is present your card when you buy products and/or pay for treatments and you earn there and then! R1 is equivalent to 1 point. So, for example, by spending R100 you will earn 100 points. You can also earn points when you purchase our awesome gift cards (but not when you redeem them).

What can my points get me?

When you have collected 4950 points – you will receive an SMS notification entitling you to a R300 voucher for any treatment(s) of your choice. You can redeem your voucher at any salon and at any time. You can also monitor your points on our website by clicking on the membership login button. You also receive 50% off any treatment to a max of R200 during the week of your birthday. So polish up for the party with Sorbet!

• The voucher cannot be used for the purchase of products
• The voucher can be used for a once off treatment purchase only
• No cash back will be given as change

What happens if I lose my card or change my details?

Don't panic – we're still bff's. You can order a new card for R10 or change your details through our Support Office 011-202-7940 or info@sorbet.co.za

Will I still earn points if I don't have my card with me?

We unfortunately cannot guarantee that your points will be allocated correctly, so please present your card for all purchases.
