Can you believe it’s August? We’ve accomplished so much this year, and now we’re almost at the finish line. Our bodies are in overdrive, so it’s time to book that massage you’ve been putting off.

At Sorbet, our expertly trained massage therapists are ready to help you unwind with various massage techniques that promote peace of mind and relaxation.

With us, you can enjoy Swedish, Aromatherapy, and Hot Stone massages, each perfectly performed to ensure you get all the benefits that comes with it. Talk to your therapist about which of the massages would best suit your needs.

The Swedish massage is your most common form of massage using a light pressure technique to assist in reducing muscle tension and promote overall well-being.

The Aromatherapy massage is performed with medium pressure to offer a relaxation experience and assist in pain relief.

The Hot Stone massage is a therapeutic experience in which hot stones are placed on the muscles, effectively warming them to alleviate tension.

Our therapists use a variety of circular movements, long strokes, and kneading to ensure that your overstressed muscles find relief.

We also believe in helping you extend the life of your treatments beyond your visit, and there are a multitude of ways in which you can help your body unwind, allowing yourself to experience some much-deserved relaxation and tranquility.

Warm things up slowly: allow yourself time to unwind in a warm bath or shower. Don’t rush; just feel the water all around you and allow it to warm and ease your tired muscles. Use your favourite Sorbet products for added enjoyment.

Scent-sational self-care: add some relaxing scents like lavender or ylang-ylang to your humidifier and take deep, calming breaths to ease your tired mind. Add some relaxing scents to your skin with Sorbet’s Tranquil or Sleep ranges.

Lighten up by listening up: create a playlist of all the songs that help you unwind. Sit back, put your feet up, close your eyes and just relax.

Melt into meditation: get into your most comfy clothes, settle down on a pillow in a warm and quiet space and allow yourself to breathe deeply. Let your mind wander without trying to control where your thoughts go.

Yes to yoga: stretching that is focused on fluid movements and controlled breathing not only helps your body to relax, but has been known to have a calming effect on the mind, too.

If you want to relax even further, take advantage of our August massage promotion which offers you 20% off any massage. Now, doesn’t that make you feel better already?
